The clear-span width of the tent is 3m, but we have tents range from 3m to 60m in width;
The length of this tent is 6m, but it could be added by 2m/bay.

2. Material
2.1 Frame struss: Hard pressed extruded aluminium 6061 /T6 which can last 10~20 years.
2.2 Fabric cover: High quality double PVC-coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, UV resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
2.3 Connecter: Strong hot-DIP galvanized steel

The company introduces advanced complete production equipments for PVC artificial leather fabric (a flatten production line of type 1 four rolling flatterner with 2.5 meter width, a sizing coating production line with 2.5 meter width and a two-coating-and-two-baking sizing coating production line with 2 meter width). In the meantime, the company also introduces domestic advanced test equipments and software, and purchases 20 high-frequency heat seal machines and 200 sewing machines, which forms a one-stop production line from multiple functions such as coating, flattening to processing of all kinds of products. For example, the company can provide PVC film fitting and coating, processing of polyurethane coating and watering, and processing and production for all kinds of product (relief tents, camping tents, army tents, normal tents, desert tents, leisure tents, UN tents, tarpaulins, pools, raincoat, waterproof backpacks, protective nets, luggage and etc).
