3) Please choose the fabric, lining and buttons. Please choose from our pdf files instead of high resolution pictures folder. High resolution pictures are for web design of our business partners after our authorization.

After we receive your filled order form and full payment, we'll start the production of your order immediately. |
Ask: how do I measure? Answer: we offer detailed measurement guide to allow customers to be measured easily at home. In the guide, the front length and sleeve length are mainly for suit. The shirt length may be 1.5-2cm shorter according to customer's preference. |
Ask: How long can I receive my items after I place the order? Do you have expeditious service? Answer: Usually it takes 7-10 days to produce the fused suit, vest, pants, overcoat and shirt. It takes 2 weeks to produce half canvas and full canvas suit. The delivery takes 3-7 days depending on your specific location. We do have expeditious service. We can get a fused suit done in 2-3 days. We charge USD20/suit for expedition. We also offer priority international courier service which only takes 1-3days. |
Ask: what's the price of your bespoke clothing? Answer: please refer to our price matrix in our dropbox. No matter whether you're an athletic university graduate or a noble senator, you can find what you want. |
Ask: what's the payment term and method? Answer: Since it is custom made order, we charge full amount in advance. We accept net amount by PayPal, western union and money gram (sender needs to pay transfer fees; PayPal fees cost 4.4% of the due amount). For continuous orders, customers can deposit estimated amount in advance and we'll give monthly financial statement. |
Ask: Can you produce as per our design or style pictures from the magazine? Answer: yes, we can. |
Do you save my pattern for reorder? Answer: yes, we save your body shape information and garment patterns for life. It is convenient and fast for you to reorder. |
Ask: what's your quality guarantee policy? Answer: If customer complains for quality or fitting, we'll request for clear pictures to show the faulty part or measurement. If the fault is trivial and doesn't influence the wear, we'll give proper discount. If the fault is serious, we'll offer free remaking. If it is due to wrong body measurement supplied by customer, we'll charge for remaking. |
Ask: What's the shipping cost? Answer: depending on your specific location. The unit shipping cost will be cheaper from second item in the same parcel. You may find the cost in our shipping cost matrix. |
Ask: can you put our label in the clothing made? Answer: yes, we can. If you don't have your label yet, we can produce the label for you as per your artwork. MOQ is 300pcs. The cost depends on the label size and artwork. |
