How is after-sales service?

We guarantee our quality is same as confirmed sample. If the quality difference with confirmed sample, we will solve the problem to our customer or compensate for it.
How long is the production period and delivery date?
Our production is arranged after get the deposit or original L/C. Normally it will take abt. 20-30 days to produce for one order. It also should depend on our production schedule, and order details. Normally the delivery date is in a week after goods ready.
What's abt. the payment terms?
Our payment terms is T/T in advance (30% deposit) or L/C at sight.
