| 3.Can you send us samples of your bags? Free or not? |
| A: Of course you can custom samples, they will be sent to you by Express DHL, UPS, TNT. As per our factory regulation, the sample need to charge some necessary fee according to the real cost. The samples fee will be refunded if you issue orders to us in the future. |
| 4.How does your factory do regarding quality control ? |
| A: Quality is our culture. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has SGS authentication. |
| 5.How do you guarantee the bag quality? |
| A:Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC To inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment. |

| A:Usually, the sample delivery time is 3-7 days, the orders is 30-45 days. The exact time depends on your quantity of your order. |
