Description
Our 100% polyester moving blankets is formed and woven from Long poly fibers and offers strong protection and durability. This type is the most popular one among all woven type moving blankets(100%Polyester, Cotton Blends and Microfiber), because it's the most cost-effective among all woven types. And It's the second most popular type after non-woven blankets.
Packing process,
1, prepare the raw materials, the jacket cloth roll and the inner filler roll;
2, Prepare the thread for the sewing machine,
3, put the raw materials in the right position of the machine,after checking everything's ready, start on the machine and sewing the zig-zag line to combine two jacket and the inner filler together;
4, Cut the half done blanket into the right size pieces;
5, prepare the binding and combine and stitch the binding on the blanket and then finish the corner;
6, Check the quality of the blanket, and folded well to prepare for packing, any missing or the jump of the stitching, will be removed and make it up again;
7,Put 12 pieces well folded on the compressing machine, compressed and packing with woven bag and strings to make it tight and strong;
8, Finish cover the woven bag with experienced handwork stitching lock.
9, Put all finished balnkets in dozens to the storage as asigned by our factory manager.
