How to get an order?
1. Inquiry - Professional quotation. |
2. Consultation - Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc, Sign the sale contract. |
3. PI - D King sales send the Proforma Invoice with D King seal. |
4. Pay deposit - Pay deposit and send us bank receipt. |
5. Initial Production Stage - After sample approval, we will arrange the production & inform the estimated delivery time. |
6. Middle Production - Send photos to show the semi-finished products . Confirm the estimated delivery time again. |
7. End Production & Inspection - Send finished products and package pictures or third party Inspection . |
8.Delivery the goods - Send the goods to your forwarder's warehouse |
9. Balance & B/L - Clients pay the balance against the copy of B/L. |
10. Feedback - Tell us about the Quality , Service, Market Feedback and Suggestion. We will do better next time. |
1. Q: Are u a plush toys manufacturer or a trade company ?
A: we are a manufacturer , have been in the plush field for more than 13 years , now we have more 700 staff .
2. Q: What is MOQ?
A: 1) On the normal situation , our MOQ is 1000 PCS, which is one of the lowest in the industry of plush toys.
2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.
3. Q: What is your payment term?
A: 1) by T/T,30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment or the copy of B/L
2) For big order, we can negotiate the payment term, it will be good for both of us.
4. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: 1) For new customer, the sample cost is $80 per design.
2) For long term clients, the sample cost can be negotiable for you according to the complexity of the product.
5. Q: What is your sample and mass production lead time?
A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 days
2) Production time: Generally, 30-45 days according to the order quantity and complexity.
6 Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton. The carton size is depend on
customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable size.
7. Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
A: Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will response for it immediately,and deal them
properly with you.
8. What is your delivery Time?
A:1) Usually, it is 30-40 days according to your quantity.
2) Your urgent order is acceptable, 35-40 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
