Work piece adopts triangle belt to transport, without storing sand. Belt speed matches sand-blasting technique demand, the frequency and speed can be adjusted.
The angle of each blast gun can be freely adjusted. Gun bracket automatically changes frequency and swings. Sand blast can be done at a certain time. The usability is wide and flexibility is good.
It adopts advanced upper whirlwind separation system. The effect of dust separation is good. The efficiency of sand-blasting is high and the consumption of blast material is effectively decreased.
It adopts PLC electric advanced control system, automatic content is high. Stability is good and failure rate is low.
Spray nozzle adopts special high wear-proof carbonizing magnetic material. Using life is long.
It has an independent sack style dust cleaning system. The effect of dust cleaning and air ventilating is good. (pulse filter core style dust cleaning also can be chosen. )
Grinding material recovering adopts screw transporting and gas and force recovering combining together. The stability of recovering is good.
