Products inspection:1-Pre-production inspection: Materials(printing/ painting/ hardware...) should be inspected. Workers should know pre-production bag sample details clearly.
2-During production inspection: Sewing quality inspection, bag structure inspection, size inspection etc.
3-Final random inspection: Inspection before packing. Sewing quality inspection, cleaning inspection etc. Accept client's QC/ 3rd party quality inspection.
Packing:1. Common English hangtag, individual white woven bag & poly bag for each bag, 7-layers export carton
Shipping:1). We have our own shipping agent, we can do the shipment for you. Door to door transportation(DDP), FOB, CIF, FCA etc.
