Hearing aids have a microphone to pick up sound, an amplifier to make sound louder, and a receiver that sends the sound into the ear canal. It depends on several factors, including the kind and severity of your hearing loss, your lifestyle, and your manual dexterity. It's going to bring people back to hearing, but because of the way we process sound, it's not going to bring them back to normal hearing.

1.What's the capacity of your factory?
10,000 pcs hearing aids & 15,000 pcs nebulizer per month
2.How many production line do you have? And how many workers?
6 production lines, around 200 workers.
3.Where is your biggest market? And where is your main market?
Biggest and main markets are in Europe and Asia. In this year, we will explore the American and North African markets.
4.I want 200pcs, and I want to print my own logo.
Yes, we can do that, but it comes with a cost. If the quantity could be rasied to 1000 pcs, we can do it in free.
5.What's the MOQ?
1000 pcs per model for OEM order. No requirements on orders in Jinghao package or mutual package.
6.What's your policy for the defective item?
Withine the warranty, you can send us the images or video of the defects, we have the professional QC team to confirm on them. Normally, the replacements will be sent along with your next order.
7.What's the hearing aid used for?
It is an asistive product to patients who suffered a certain levels' hearing loss.
8.How does it working, can you show me?
Most of our models are the basic kind hearing aid, or so called hearing amplifier. So we can put it on our ear, turn on the power, and adjust to the right volume, it will work. I would love to show it to you, but this environment is too loud, the effect might not be good.
9.Do you have any certificate for hearing aid?
Yes, we do. We've got CE, FDA, FSC, ISO, SGS, RoHs, BSCI….. for our products and factory.
10.Which certificate do you have for European market?
For Europ, we have EMC , MEDICAL CE, RoHs…..
11.Do you have some fashion design model?
Yes, we do. We have models in water-drop design, like JH-351; in high level color - deep grey matte appearrance, JH-D03; Also, we have models in fashion colors.
12.Do you have some model which have T-coil?
Yes, please check on JH-233 and JH-D10.
13.I want some model can reduce the noise, and adjust the frequency.

14.Why the rechargeable model is so expensive?
The inbuilt rechargeable battery cost a bit higher than the disposable battery. But you can do the math. One rechargeable battery could be recharged over 500 times, how much it can save while you're using the disposable one.
15.How many piece umbrella do you have for one item?
Normally, we would pack 3 ear plugs in different sizes in one package, but if our customers have special requirements on it, we'd happy to accomplish that.
16.What's the noise level, the frequency range of your product?
Noise level is below 32 dB, frequency range is around 200 Hz to 6000 Hz.
17.Is your product suitable for the client who have 90% hearing loss?
For patients with 90% hearing loss, hearing aid with large sound gain would help. Such as 233, 238, D10. Consult the doctor first before using it would be better.
18.I found your hearing item is too noise.
Because here is very noisy. The basic function of hearing aids / amplifier is to enlarge the sound it get, which included all the sounds in all frequency segments. Apply it in the proper environments, this situation would be improved a lot.
19.I want some model which battery can hold long time.
Pocket one's battery could hold more than 360 hrs; other button battery powered models, 168,301,D03,D101...
20.Is your hearing aid only for right ear?
Most of them could be applied in both ears, but the open fit kind and RIC kind are only fit to one side.
