Production Flow:Processing: choose excellent down material,adopt most advanced down washing,technology and washed equipments,the raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with wather for at least one hour.dehydrated for 15minutes,dried in drying machine at temperature 100C for no less than30 minutes, cooling 6minutes,and then packing.
Packing &Shipping:
20KGS or 25kgs / loose bag, then 6 or 5 bags / bundle, 25bales/3000kg/20'container.
Functions:as filing materiall of down garments, down trousers,down shoes, down quilts,down pillow.down mattresses and down cushion and so on.

Samples are free themselves, sample quantity usually50-100gramms, but buyer should afford the shipping cost of samples.Buyer can supply your company express account number like DHL, Fedex, TNT.etc,if buyer has no express account, we need to be paid about 30-60 USD for the shipping cost. No matter down or feather it should be kept in dry condition, shouldn't get wet. Washed down or feather usually should be kept no more than one month after you get it, usually not well to kept a very long time.5.What is your MOQ?According to the product you need, usually low grade down(<30%) 1000KGS, feather 9000KGS(20'GP). Down(30%~50%) 500KGS., down(>50%) 50 KGS.
