The rubber stable mat is widely used in cows shed, milking room, delivery room, haras, softball field (USA) etc. The common rubber stable mat is made of pure rubber, the density is 1.5±0.1g/cm³, with disadvantages of heavier weight, difficult transport, poor properties of bend resistant,tear resistant,ageing resistant. We through trial and error for these problems, using the manufacturing technique of the tire in order to increase the strength, adding a large number of high strength polyamide fiber (density is 0.5) into the rubber stable mat. By used of domestic fields like Modern Dairy, Mengniu Dairy, Yili Dairy, and others, the service life of the fiber mat is two or three times than the common mat and we has applied for National Invention Patent.
