1. Installation Requirements
Installation: the machine away from the wall must be at least 10cm, in case the machine need to be installed against a wall, that wall must be fire-resistant to prevent burning.
Installation location should be in a well-ventilated place, and to install an exhaust fan to ensure the work process, the steam and exhaust gas after combustion.
After installation of the machine, be sure to keep a smooth, horizontal not inclined, nor can the use of shaking.
When installing the first application is due to gas suppliers licensed to use this type of gas, to verify the gas supply is consistent with the future use of gas, can be installed.
Do not use this machine does not comply with other gases used as fuel and high pressure regulating valve. (This machine is only suitable for low-pressure control valve)

 
2. gas connections
The machine must be installed before installing a quick disconnect gas supply valve, and must be placed near the machine easily touch the upstream position.
Make sure the machine is turned on with the same type of gas, if not identical, please do not turn on the gas connection pipeline having been painted yellow.
Pipeline connected to the machine must be used for the metal pipe to connect.
The machine should be using liquefied petroleum gas for testing.
If 10% higher than the rated pressure pipeline pressure requirements of the machine, you need to install a regulator to ensure that the rated pressure.
Once connected, use soap and water to test for leaks or pipe connections with a detection test, "Do not test the ignition source of fire!"


Usage Instruction:
1. Double temperature controllers are set at two sides of the machine, and they can be used separatly. The left one controls the temperature of the left half plate, and the right one controls the temperature of the right part plate.
2. Turn on the power switch, the green indicator will be on, then the electricity reaches to the machine. Rotate the temperature controller clockwise to the red point, then the yellow indicator is on and the heating temperature is raising up, and the red indicator will be off when machine temperature reachs to the point we set,also machine will stop heating. When temperature falls down off point we set, the thermostate will make the heating pipe work again to ensure a invariable operating temperature.
3. Adjust the right temperature according to different food to get a perfect cooking effect.
 
Attention for installation:
1. If there happens some damage of the power cord, you must call the profession person of manufacturer or others like that to make a change.
2. The using voltage of the machine must be right voltage machine works.
3. User should install a suitable power switch or air switch around the machine.
4. There is grounding screw back of oven. The grounding blot should be connected with more than 2.5mm2 copper wire according to safety rules for safety sake.
5. Before using this product, please check and ensure all machine parts good, power supply right and ground line connection safe.
6. These machine can not be clean by water jet.
 
Cleaning and Maintenance:
1. Before cleaning and maintenance, please cut off electricity first.
2. It's forbidden to use metel to clean the machine plate, user can use wooden scoop or soft cloth to clean the plate surface.
