HYE-C series chenille embroidery machine is one of the professional machine which is using for chenille and towel working ,it adopt the latest motor carrying,motorized rise press foot,motorized cutter joint inside .widely using for the garment logo making,artificial work,ect.
The main configuration of the machine as the follows:
1.Adopt the new style body joint,bridge style or horizontal type,joint backside supporting "L" angle according to the machine length.it can be auto reduce the machine vibration when it is running .
2.Adopt the Dahao \,C19 10.4 inch LCD computer. it has heavy memory capacity,and heavy designs stock capacity,can supporting the language of Chinese,English,French, Spanish,Arabic ,Portugal ect.design loading can be by USB pen driver.
3.Using 18 mm white steel shaft,which can keep the quality of the transmission Errors when it is running .keep the working position on time .using servo motor carrying independence press foot up/down.
4.Aluminum linear driver ,with 50 mm belt keep the accuracy of the frame working.
5.Using new style linear guide type of head ,with the motor replaced the jump solenoid ,which can reduce the noise of the machine and improve the needle up/down speed .this head can be working till 1200 RPM,
6.Using good quality hook sets which keep the machine less broken ,improve the embroidery quality .
7.Using powerful main servo motor X,Y frame step servo ,it can be function of without speed reduce making stitches.increase the embroidery production.
8. With UBW (under thread broken warning systems)SBW(surface thread broken warning systems).downside LED light to making easy bobbin changer. urgency power off device .it can be easy to protect and good convenience of the worker.
