PRESCRIPTIONS
The pipe stoppers are made of quality rubber reinforced with fabric. They withstand weather, temperature
from -40 °C to 230 °C and waste water and they are middle resistant of chemicals.Inflatable Pipe plugs
are used in connection with the maintenance or new production of pipe systems. These pipe plugs are
used in equipment and factories and other pipes wherever shorter plugs required.
TYPES OF THE PIPELINE TESTING AIRBAGS
1.According to the applicable pressure point
(1)Single size drainage rubber pipe plug: a model corresponds to a model of the tube, wide range of size
is from 50mm up to 2700 mm dimensions(2''-106'') .
Eg: If your pipeline's diameter is 1800mm,you can choose the single size drainage rubber pipe plug(diameter is 1800mm), and the the rubber pipe plug's rated pressure is just a fixed value, cannot be
exceeded.
(2)Multiple size drainage rubber pipe plug: a model corresponds to a range of tubes, called more scope.
It include three size products and as follows: A.250mm-400mm, B. 380mm-600mm, C. 580mm-800mm, D.780mm-1200mm.
Eg:If your pipeline's diameter is 700mm,you can choose the multiple size drainage rubber pipe plug(the type C), it's diameter is a range from 580mm to 800mm and the the rubber pipe plug's rated pressure
is also a range, it can endure more pressure.
2. According to the function points
(1)pipeline testing job type: mainly used in plumbing closed waterleakage detection.
(2)oil-plugging job type: mainly used for pipeline repair construction such as oil spilling.
