Introduction
antique finish powder coatings with highly decorative finishes consisting of a base color with a vein pattern of a distinctly different color.The base color is usually black,white or other colors.The vein pattern could be metallic(silver,gold or copper).To preserve its decorative appearance,clear topcoat is highly recommended for indoor or outdoor use.

Using method

  1. pplied by electrostatic spraying gun that can provide negative tension of 60-80 kV.
  2. uring schedule : 180-200ºC /10-15 minutes depending on the powder chemistry.
  3. Optimal film thickness : 80 -110 um 
SUBSTRATES AND PRE-TREATMENT
Applied to the following substrates after the appropriate cleaning and conversion coating. 
  1. Ferrous metals(cold rolled steel, cast iron etc.): Iron or zinc phosphatation
  2. Zinc surfaces(galvanized steel, zinc alloy) : Chromatation or zinc phosphatation
  3.  alloys : Chromatation

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Stored in less than 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire source, heating, avoid direct sunlight, the product in the transport should be to prevent rain, sun, prolonged sun exposure.Storage products in line with the above conditions, since the date of production, effective storage period is 6 months.Over the storage period may be re-tested and the results were consistent with, can still be used.
