Black Soybean Hull Extract is a fine dark violet powder produced from the seed coat/shell of the soybean plant. Black bean is the seed of black soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.) Varieties of soybeans are used for many purposes. The highest recorded amount of Anthocyanin appears to be specifically in the seed coat of black bean containing some 2,000 mg per 100 g.
