In the early, our factory was built on Qingyun county, Dezhou City. Then, it's moved to Yanggu county, Liaocheng City. The area of our factory is 50 mu, and there are nearly 200 employees.
Dezhou Shangyu primarily produce and sell pure white duck down (more than 78% in Tai Wan standard), pre-washed down(more than 77%). We are well accepted by both domestic and internatinal clients due to our excellent down quality: Bigger volume per down, better quality, higher producing standard. All of raw materials is come from 12 slaughter factories belong to New Hope Liu He. So, this ensures its' material traceability, sufficient source and product's quality control. (All of our ducks is more than 40 growth days. )Meanwhile, both our Chinese 90 standard down brand "Shang Yu" was went public in Bohai Commodity Exchange.
There are preliminary washing workshop, refined washing workshop, in-house lab and down & feather bedding products shop. For preliminary washing workshop, there are 6 wash lines, 6 sorting machines and 6 industrial mixing machineries. It's responsible for raw feather materials' washing, processing and sorting. For refined washing workshop, there are 2 wash lines, 5 sorting machines and 2 mixing machines, and be responsible for washing and extracting bulk down & feather. Our annual productivity of 30000 tons down and feather, producing more than 3000 tons pure down. Laboratory is fully staffed with experts who test down for Cotent, Species, Fill Power, Cleanliness\Moisture and Oil & Fat Content. In bedding products workshop, there are two production lines, one semi-finished product line and one finished product line. According to different customer demand, we produce various kinds of standards (GB, sticker, Japanese standard, European standard, American standard, etc. )products, duvets, cushions, feather pillow down manufactured goods, and duvet covers etc.
