Moulded Door
Moulded door is the use of Middle Density Fiber(MDF) or Hight Density Fiber(HDF) or plate as the substrate, the surface stickers ash, black walnut, pears, sapele wood leather and other nautral or stickers melamine paper, or not posted any veneer and skin, through high tonnage vacuum molding machine, high pressure heat in the environment, the use of "forming" or "twice molding" technology produced by the low carbon, environmentally frendly, beautiful, convenient, no crack, no deformation the door.
