4:What's the trade term and payement term?
30% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negotiated.
5:May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
6:What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
7: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
8:What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
