5 MINUTES STEEL EPOXY RESIN AB ADHESIVE ( DY-E705 )
1. Advantages Of Property
Epoxy resin adhesive DY-E705 is 2-component steel epoxy adhesive. It is developed by advanced worldwide well-known environmental-friendly technologies with imported main raw materials and has following advantages: low odor, fast curing at room temperature. High adhesion and easy to use. Resistant to acid, oil, salt water. Alkali, solvents and corrosion, good adhesion to almost all substrates.
2. Application
It is suitable for machinery, electronics, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical industry, handicrafts, etc. it forms excellent self and inter-bonding to substances such as metals, rubbers, leathers, various kinds of plastics, etc.

4. Application Method
(1). To clean the contaminants like water, dusts, oil etc. on the surface of substrate and keep it clean. Dry and smooth.
(2). Remove cap and puncture seal of both resin and hardener.
(3). Squeeze equal amounts from both tubes. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. Must be used thin 5 minutes.
(4). Apply a thin coat to both surface. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping necessary only slight pressure while material sets. If temperature is below 5ºC, it will take a longer time to cure.
5. Precautions
(1). To keep work site well ventilated and avoid any contact with children.
(2). In case of any contact with skin and eyes during operation, immediately clean them with water or treat them according to doctor's advice.
(3). To store them in dry, cool and well ventilated place far away from high temperature.
(4). To carry out preliminary test in case of batch use to avoid bonding quality due to improper operation.
