Product Description
Polystyrene, the rawmaterial of EPS is extruded in the desired thickness along the line during extrusion process. With the production carried out under continuous computer control, a stable cell structure which resembles a homogenous honeycomb is obtained.
Cells are connected to each other from their entire surfaces and air is trapped inside the cells. With the steady dry air. The most known and the best thermal insulation is provided. Surface of the material which comes out of the line is structured as smooth, squared, gritty or gritty-corrugated according to the requirements of the details.
The production technology enables a stable cell structure with an appearance of honeycomb. With the help of this structure, extruded Polystyrene materials (EPS) do not absorb water, are not affected by moisture and they have a certain superiority over other thermal insulation materials.
