FAQ: Customer's hot questions1.Am new to embroidery business, how do I choose embroidery machine? It depends on the business you want to deal in. For example, if you want to do embroider on both cap and tshirt, you can choose the machine with cap attachment. If you just want to embroider on tshirt because cap embroidery has no market in your local city. You can choose just tshirt and flatembroidery. All of our machines have accessories sent for free to meet your demands for cap, tshirtand flat embroidery.2.What will come with the machine? There will be A.cap attachment B.5 different sizes of tshirt hoops C. flat frame D.operation manual in English E. Tool box with commonly used parts and some easily broken part F. Bobbin winder G.Foot wheels H. Table 3.Do we need some more installment once we receive the machine? No need for more installment, the machine will be packed as complete one. Only one thingneeding to be done is guide the threads. We will have video copied in the USB which will be putin the tool box for your better understanding!4.Does the computer must be compatible with some special design format? Yes friend, DST and DSB format will be.5.Then how can we make the design into DST and DSB format?
