80% Washed White Duck Down

Usage: As filling material of down garments, down trousers, down shoes, down quilts, down pillows, down mattresses and down cushions and so on.
Processing: Choose excellent down material, adopt most advanced down washing technology and washed equipments. The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with water for at least one hour, dehydrated for 15 minutes, dried in drying machine at temperature 80C for no less than 30 minutes, cooled 6 minutes, and then packed. By the way of washing, degreasing, sterilizing, the produced down has the characters of high filling power, high cleanliness, great warmth and it is hypoallergenic and no odor.
