Awning Material PVC Coated Fiberglass Roll TarpaulinPVC Coated Fiberglass Tarpaulin takes fiberglass fabric, and polyester fabric as basic cloth, coating by special technique. Glass fiber is an engineering material, which has the excellent merits such as anti-corrosion, heat isolation, minimum shrinkage, high intensity. This new material product has already covered many fields such as electric appliance, electronic, transportation, chemical engineering, architectural engineering, heat insulation, fire prevention and environmental protection, etc.
Description:We know that the traditional car ships, trains and other areas of the tarp are mostly made of resin fiber coating products. Though the price of this type of tarpaulin has certain advantages, yet it can easily be oxidized. I. E, after a period of time of using, it will become fragile and easy to burn. Also it is easily scratched by sharp objects.
For these cases, the glass fiber cloth coated tarpaulin can be a good solution to these problems which has a superior thermal insulation, anti-chemical corrosion and other properties.
Details:Base Fabric: High density polyester base fabric with superior tear-stop weave to prevent further damage to the tarp.
Coating: UV stabilized PVC coating for excellent weld effection and resistance to cracking and knife coated PVC on base scrim for excellent adhesion
Product: All hems are reinforced by industrial grade stiching, reinforced by rope with metal eyelet in hem. And metal grommets in intervals on the edge.
Characteristics: Won't rot or leak and has exceptional tensile strength and is designed for heavy duty transport applications
