Q1: What's Your MOQ?
For customized items,we don't set up MOQ. Small quantity is acceptable for us.
Q2:Can I put my company name,logo on the paper box?
Of course, please send your logo or ideas to us, our designer will design accordingly.
A design picture is warmly welcome to sent us for reference.
Q3: Ask: How much are they?
Price is depended on your size, color printing, quantity, material and finishing.
Please let us know these factors first so that we could give you an exact price.
Q4: How long can i get them?
Usually, 5-7 days for samples. 10-20 days for mass product, it greatly depends on your order quantity.
Q5: Can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, samples can be sent to you for checking if you need. Blank Samples are free,
but the freight should be paid by yourself. If you want a sample with your logo on, additional sample fees should be added. The mold charge will be refundable when you place an order that is the same as the sample.
Q6: How can I know if my goods have been shipped? Could I get my tracking No.?
A proof photo of the goods can be sent to you after shipment. We will also supply the tracking number one day after shipping.
Q7: Ask:How to ship them?
Express, air transportation, sea shipping. Please can choose the one you like.
