1 Background of the establishment

Jianfeng Shang was born in 1970. His family run a famous silk handicraft industry.

In 1996, Shang set up Tongxiang Oriental Pearl Fashion Bedding Co., Ltd., according to his own experience in silk products. Later in 2008, he established Hangzhou Deep Sleep Textile Co, . Ltd...

In 1999, with the release of the right to import and export of private enterprises, the company's silk products marketed in Japan, South Korea and other Asia-Pacific region.

However, new challenges came up. With keen insight into marketing and implementation, Shang found that current silk products could not meet consumers' demands. On the one hand, silk products could not be washed by machine, so it was not convenient for customers. On the other hand, buying silk products was not an economical choice for most customers because of the high price. In order to solve these problems, Shang took a filed trip in Germany personally. He also cooperated with Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company to co-produced high fluffy, ultra-soft, fine quilts and pillows.

Shang was not satisfied with the status quo. A few years later, with the invention of brushed fabric, the chemical fiber fabric provided a softer touch and a better skin feel. Meanwhile, this new fabric was well received by the market. More than that, in the following year, the company had partnered with the German QVC company.

Soon after, a New Product Design team was set up to cater to the stricter requirements and diversified needs from consumers. 20 new types of functional fiber and natural fiber bedding products will be launched weekly. In return, the products were favored by a large number of customers.

2. The founder

Shang has engaged in textile industry for more than 20 years. He has a good knowledge of textile industry, such as quality verification, the quality and processes of yarn, fabric and bedding. He notices that if he wants to build a real eco-textiles, the company must pay attention to the raw material. Thus in 2000, the company invested 3 million in Xinjiang to establish a production base of natural color cotton and long-staple cotton. According to this production base, a complete textile production chain was shaped. Nowadays, our natural color cotton and long-staple cotton products have been sold throughout Japan, South Korea, Britain, Germany, the United States and other countries.

Experience is not the only reason which leads him to success. His friendly personality is another element. LEE is our long-term partner. Her company suffered from Asian financial turmoil in 2008, which broke her company's capital chain. At this critical moment, Shang gave his hand to LEE, and decided to became her supplier again. Nowadays, LEE's company is known by everyone in South Korea, and her business is spreading all over the world.

3 Our customers

With effort of both Shang and company team, we continuously innovates new products, and consistently improve service capabilities.

Now we have built a solid cooperative relationship with numerous large supermarket chains and retailers all over the world, among which are QVC (de), E-MART, NITORI, IKEA, METRO and so on.
