How does the Small Stone Crusher work?
Small Stone Crushing Machine(Jaw crusher) mainly consists of frame, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, connecting bar, adjustment part and spring.
1. The motor drives the belt and belt wheel, which is connect with the eccentric shaft.
2. The eccentric shaft will make the movable jaw go up and down.
Up, the angle between bracket and the movable jaw will turn bigger, and this will push movable to come close to the fixed jaw plate. At this time, the materials will be crushed.
Down, the angle between bracket and the movable jaw will turn smaller. Under the force of connecting bars and spring, the movable jaw plate will leave the fixed jaw plate. This moment the crushed materials you need will discharge from the crushing cavity.
3. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw will crush and discharge periodicity. Then you can realize the mass process.
(The movable jaw plate press to the fixed jaw plate periodically, and this will crush the materials between them. This is the reason why people called it as tiger mouth)
