Nantong Josson New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Was reformed, improved and redeveloped from Nantong Power Plastic & Rubber Co., Ltd on September, 2009.
The new company lies in the port city - Nantong, Jiangsu Provinces, accross the Yangtze River from Shanghai. The factory floor space is 60, 000 square meters, building area 40, 000 square meters.
Nantong Josson New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialty services supplier of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) structural materials. The main products include: Molded grating, pultruded grating, pultruded construction materials, such as I beam, Angle, Channel, Square box section, etc. SMC products and hand layup products. We also design and sell all products toolings. Now we have more than 100 sets machine for molded grating, 21 lines for pultrusion, 6 set machine for SMC products, 4 sets CNC lathe for moulds. We have 5 engineerings and technical experts in the factory, and we have cooperation and communication with a famous university in USA. Now we are researching on the AUTO-MACHINE for moled grating. This will be a major reform on production of FRP/GRP grating.
Nantong Josson New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Are certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The products, molded grating has been approved by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping, Type approval) and DNV ( Det Norske Veritas, Type approval). Molded grating with our resin systems ( General purpose, Isophthalic, Vinyl ester and Phenolic) are independently tested by SGS in China.
