· Other thicknesses are available upon request.
Standard aluminum panel facing thickness:
· 0.020, 0.025, 0.032, 0.040, 0.050, 0.063.
Standard aluminum honeycomb cell size core:
· 1/4, 1/2, 3/8, 3/4 & 1
· Not all aluminum honeycomb cell size core is ready available
Standard finishes and colors for our aluminum panels:
· Mill, CR Primed, Polar White, Designer White, and Shell
· Other colors and material facings are available depending on volume and lead-time requirements
Stock aluminum panels Specifications:
· Skins 0.032 thick aluminum
· Color Polar white (glossy role coat epoxy)
· Honeycomb ¾ " cell size commercial grade aluminum honeycomb
· Adhesive thermosetting epoxy(Non-outgasing)
