1. How do we order?
First, browse our website and select the carpets you like, then send inquiries to our sales throught the text window below the products or call us directly. Details of prices, production time, shipment will be informed of immediately once we received your inquiries. Custom request please notify us in advance. You will have our reply within 12 hours.
2. How do we pay?
After order is confirmed, we will send you the performa invoice with our bank information and other details based on our agreements. Our normal terms for payment is 30% advance payment to begin, and the balance before shipment.
3. How is the production?
Our production begins immediately once we received the advance payment. For our regular carpets in stock, under 1000 square meters, we can ship them within 7 days, above 1000 square meters, 20 days.
3. How do we ship the cargo?
Under FOB terms, for full container we deliver the container to the neareast port to us, Wuhan port with all charges covered by us,other ports if LCL container(shipment cost extra); Under CIF terms, we deliver the goods to the destination port nearest to the customer with all charges covered by us.
4. What is our after-sales service?
Once we got your feedback, we will report it to our factory and give you reply within 12 hours.
5. What is the process of sampling?
Sampling time for custom request on yarn and pattern usually takes at least 20 days. Sampling cost will be charged appropriately.
6. What is our regional sales agent policy?
For those who are interested in becoming our regional sales agent, we will offer regional business protection without selling our carpets to anyone else in the same aera, sufficent stock support, fast after-sales response and appropriate yearly refund based on the sales amount.
