Product Description
FEATURES:
The machine adopts the endless rubber belt or metal belt apron to from a special barrel, to make the work pieces tumble continuously during shot blasting process. It is mainly used in forging work pieces and metal work pieces. The machine can be used not only as as single machine, but also as a part of a line.
WORK PRINCIPLE:
1. Take advantage of the high-speEd rotating impeller, throw steel shot/pill on metal parts surface to achieve derusting, to get metal parts internal molecular arrangement dislocation, reinforce metal parts resistance to fatigue strength.
2. The machine adopts the endless rubber track/metal track apron, three root to form a special barrel, can roll, to make the metal parts tumble continuously during shot blasting process. The machine has auto-loading device. Cleaing over, the barrel can reversal, the meta parts were unloaded.
