Q1.What's your time of making samples?
Usually it will take 7~15days to make the fresh sample.
Q2. What's the sample policy?
We would like to provide the sample but the sample should be charged. Once the order confirmed and related deposit reaching us, you are assured that the relevant sampling charge will refund to you.
Q3.What is your payment terms?
We usually accept 30% T/T in advance, L/C or western union ,70% balance would be paid before shipment.
Q4. How do I order?
Please share your full requirements or picture you want by Email or Trademanager, I will quote you the details of the product( competitive price, MOQ, size, color chart, other similar designs).
Then I will make an proforma invoice for you to confirm according to your order list.
I will arrange the production when you pay for the goods
Q5. Can I mix colors?
Yes . When Quantity is ok, you can mix colors as you wish.
Q6. What should I do if the product has quality problems?
Please send pictures of the ones with problems, we will definitely give you a satisfactory solution. Don't worry.
Q7. How to confirm the style of the garment?
If you have your own design, we will according to you design to make. If you don't have the design, you can share us your full requirements, we can offer you some sample clothes to check. Or you can design your own sample.
