Jiaxing Honyao Paper Co., Ltd is a spacial factory for household paper items.
Our products include custom printed toilet paper and solid color toilet paper, Custom printed paper napkins and solid color paper napkins, Disposable paper tablecloth, Gift wrapping paper, Custom printed facial tissues and custom printed box tissues, Disposable paper toilet seat cover and disposable paper bibs.
In our about 5500 square meters factory, we have assembled 25 printing machines and other embossing machines. There are 15 offset printing machines for all those tissue products printing. And 8 letterpress printing machines for gift wrapping paper, the balance 2 embossing machines are for special paper projects such as pattern or logo embossed tissues. With so many printing machines equipment, we can print any custom images, pattern, logo or company label. And also any urgent order can be solved in time.
Our daily output for custom printed toilet paper is 50000 rolls which for 1 X 40GP container.
And daily output for custom printed gift wrapping paper is 60000 rolls.
And daily output for custom disposable paper tablecloth is about 50000PCS.
In order to offer the best quality of each product which we export to our client, we have one special quality control department which has 30 staffs. Everybody has professional inspection knowledge. During the product working processes, Our QC team has one 5-10 staffs QC branch team on each working line to make sure the goods passing through the strict inspection to next step. And also all those goods must be 100% inspected before packing into the export carton. All in all, Do not worry about our goods quality, we can prove each product in best quality while you receiving them.
