6.This Machine is controlled by the touch screen PLC, which is full-automatic saving much labor work. Meanwhile, with servo system it can save more than 40% electric consumption.

EVA Injection Moulding Machine Production Process1.1st step,put the two kinds of EVA material into the color mixer,to mix about 20 minutes.2.cooling water tower including pump3.air compressor including gas tank4.2nd step,put the mixed EVA material into EVA injection moulding machine,start the machine and produce the shoes5.take out the shoes from the mould and put the shoes to EVA conveyer as soon as possible.after the shoes cooling and shaping in it,you will get the finished EVA shoes.

Q1:Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are manufacturer of shoes machine and related equipment.
Q2. Do you have quality certificate?
Yes we have CE, SGS etc.
Q3. What's the delivery time?
Around 20~30days after we receiving your deposit payment.

Q4. What about your machine warranty?
Our machine warranty is 1 year (from the installation date)for all machine parts.
Exception:consumable machine parts such as screw,motor and ect.Damage caused by mis-operation
Q5. What's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
Usually we accept T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment ,we usually offer FOB SHENZHEN price
but we also accept other way like L/C ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate,and we will arrange our engineer to install your machine
and train your workers to operate the machine.Also we will send you manual and video.
If there is something goes wrong,you can call us,video-chat,email us.
And we will give solutions within 36 hrs.
Q7. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable along with the shipment,
we have Q/C department to control the quality. When the machine is finished, we will make sure it's work well.
our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
