High temperature and heat resistant aramid tape / webbing is fabricated from high quality yarns that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 320°F / 160°C. It provides excellent protection for industrial wires, cables, hoses (hydraulics), tube and pipes and also provides thermal insulation and personnel protection. para-aramid fiber is highly cut resistant, widely used in the field of military products, fire-fighting equipment, security products. FAQ:1. How should i choose my product?
A: You only need tell us the usage of your products, we can roughly recommend the most suitable rope or webbing according to your description. For example, If your products are used for outdoor equipment industry, you may require the webbing or rope processed by waterproof, anti UV, etc.
2. If I am interested in your webbing or rope, can I get some sample before the order? do I need to pay it?
A: We would like to provide a small sample for free, but we hope the buyer can pay the shipping cost.
3. We want to develop the webbing or rope which are not exist in market now, can you work in conjunction with us?
A: We are very glad to work together with your company to develop the new product, it also is our corporate purpose. As a professional manufacturer of functional webbing & rope, we focusing on the long-term development of new products, and always keeping innovating.
4. If I need your company produce the sample as same as my demand, how much proofing cost you will charge?
A: For the webbing & rope with different materials and different weaving techniques, sample charge is different. Usually it is 50 to 300 USD, and please noted this money is not for us, it is used for balance the material loss, machine consumption, and the salary of the worker. If the quantity of bulk order can reach our requested, we will return this money, for more details, please inquire us.
5. Which information i should provide if I wanna get an detail quotation?
A: Basic information: the material, width and thick, or diameter, the breaking strenght, color, and quantity. It could't be better if you can sent a little piece sample for us reference, if you wanna get the same goods as your stock
6. What is your produce time for bulk order?
A: Usually it is 10 to 20 days, according to your quantity, we promise delivery on time.
7. How about the packaging of the goods?
A: Normal packaging is 50m/100m/200m per roll with a plastic bag, then in carton. If you need a special packaging, please let me know.
