Simple construction and easy operation;

Integrated material feeding, clamshell thermoforming, HF welding, punch cutting, finished  products transmit on one assembly;

Photoelectric sensing, alert by Humming when shortage of PVC sheet or cardboard is  found;

The design of modular assembly makes convenient transport in and out of convey chains;

Separate plastic film rolls from printed cardboard feeding stations, saves much packing  materials;

High safety design. All doors are equipped with safety lock. The machine will shutdown  whenever improper opening of one door happens.
